Hopper Developments
Hopper Developments is a privately owned land development company based at Orewa, just north of Auckland. The company was formed in 1953 and prides itself as being New Zealand’s most experienced marine and coastal resort development company.
Currently the company has three significant coastal / waterways, residential housing projects under way. Pauanui Waterways and Whitianga Waterways on the Coromandel Peninsula, east of Auckland and Marsden Cove, North of Auckland on the Whangarei harbour.
